US orders ship for a flat rate of $2.95. US orders over $20 ship free! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International shipping starts at *$3.95 and is calculated at checkout.
*Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what, if any, these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Packages which are returned to us as a result of unpaid import duties/taxes will be refunded less original shipping costs.
Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday are generally processed and shipped same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship on the next business day. Delivery of your order depends on your location and the shipping method you select upon checkout.

You will receive a email notification with tracking upon shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours to track your order with the link provided. You can also access your tracking number by logging into your account.
We will let you know at checkout or by a follow up message if the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if you are in love!
To start a return, log into your account.
• Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of order date.
• Merchandise must be unworn with bridge tag attached.
• Sale & clearance items ending in 97 are final sale.
Please Note: Original shipping fees and/or any import duties are non-refundable.
Note: Returns received without the bridge tag attached, in unsellable condition or damaged as a result of improper packaging will be refused and returned.

Returns are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt by our warehouse, though the refund will take longer to appear on your statement. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the debited amount will be returned in the form of a store credit. We'll send you an email notifying you of your refund.
